Once you sign up, you will be a contributor and can add posts, not just comments. If you have an employment opportunity make a new post with the job description and who to contact. Add the tag, Employment so that the opportunities are easy to find. We can also add a blog roll with personal or family blogs. Any other ideas are welcome.
