Start-up Seeking Graphic Designer (Web, Print), Potential Full Time / Equity
Directory Wizards is seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as the Creative Director/Graphic Designer and share in our success. Specifically, we are looking for someone to be responsible for all visual aspects of this company and its projects, including but not limited to areas of branding, web design, print and other advertisement design, and technical implementation of those designs. This position will work jointly with the Director of Marketing and in conjunction with our technical team in order to accomplish our goals.
Having successfully built and operated several businesses over the last decade, we have now started a business focusing on the local communities. Ideally, the right candidate will be in the immediate area, allowing us to meet as a team at least weekly. However, exceptions will be made for the right individual.
This is an equity-partnership position for the right candidate. To begin with this is a side project, requiring upwards of 15-20 hours maximum each week. That being said, within 12 months, possibly sooner, it is our goal that this will become a full-time position. Minimum project payment will be offered for your design services up front during the start-up phase, with the possibility of retro-active payment upon success. Specific pay will be discussed with parties interested in a possible partnership.

The abilities to work alone yet be part of a team, get projects done, communicate in a timely manner, and follow-through to project completion cannot be over-emphasized. Specific Qualifications/Experience:
* Familiarity with CSS and HTML.
